Amulete is a smart garment for endometriosis, a painful condition where the inner lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus causing chronic period pain. The device attaches to a complimentary heated skirted, allowing for up to 140 degrees F of heat to relieve the painful symptoms of endometriosis.
The smart garment connects to an app on your phone through Bluetooth connectivity and allows for users to control when they want heat to be on and off. It also has heat sensors that monitors the heating and ensures it doesn’t get too hot. For Amulete, I fabricated a custom PCB with Fusion EAGLE and 3D printed the encasing with Fusion360.
