When asked what my dream home would look like, I would answer “one filled with warmth, comfort, and people”. I want my home to be a place of gathering for my family and a safe haven for me to come back to everyday. My house blends into the the outside of its surrounding, blurring the lines between nature and the interior of the house, filling the house with natural light. The kitchen is the heart of my home, a place where I can express my love language: food. An open floor plan was important to me in order to drive the traffic of people in my home - I thrive on human connection and interaction. It’s a very simple house, but the most important part of it is the spaces I designed to create lasting memorable experiences.
