Idea
Growing up in my family restaurant, I saw firsthand how small businesses struggle with loyalty programs. After speaking with coffee shops, boba spots, and cafés, my team found a common issue: they see the value in loyalty programs but don’t know where to start. Existing systems are either too expensive, too rigid, or outdated.
The Problem
Loyalty programs are costly and complicated. Small businesses fall into three categories:
- No loyalty program (too complex to set up)
- Physical stamp cards (don’t attract younger customers)
- Digital stamp cards (too expensive or inflexible)

A simple, customizable loyalty management platform designed specifically for quick-service restaurants.
